RETURN POLICY All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description. Buyer must pay for all returned items Returns will be credited in the form of payment received. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS. Plus the shipping charge we paid to ship to you, and you will need to return to us at your expense with a tracking number. Parts that require flashing and/or programming may NOT be returned unless accompanied by a mechanic/dealership receipt or ticket with the customer's VIN # and name and signature of mechanic performing programming which states a manufacturer unique CUQ computer unprogrammable code. Bulbs are not guaranteed to work. If the part does not work or is damaged during shipping, do not take it apart or attempt to repair before contacting us and agreeing on a course of action.
